Koppala Krishna Chiatanya v. The State Of Telangana, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.14352 of 2017 Order:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the registration of FIR No.69 of 2017 dated 14.03.2017 by the second respondent on the complaint lodged by the third respondent.
The third respondent lodged a detailed complaint indicating the allegations against the petitioners. I have carefully gone through the complaint and I am satisfied that there is a prima facie case for registration of the crime against the petitioners. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, the second respondent shall go ahead with the investigation pursuant to registration of the crime, including compliance with Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
