Learned counsel for the petitioners-accused No.1 to 3 is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.37 of 2015 and on committal the Sessions Division assigned S.C.No.159 of 2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
