THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1050 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 08.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27522 of 2016. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel representing the Government submits that W.A.No.1020 of 2017 is filed challenging the order dated 08.03.2017 and by judgment dated 13.11.2017, the said Writ Appeal is allowed setting aside the order passed in W.P.No.27522 of 2016.

Having noted the statement of learned Standing Counsel and as there was no representation for the petitioner on 15.11.2017, the matter was adjourned to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

In view of the statement of learned Standing Counsel that the order in W.P.No.27522 of 2016 is set aside by the Division Bench of this Court, it cannot be said that the respondent has violated the directions issued by this Court. The respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
