HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20076 of 2015 ORDER :

With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner states that he is the owner of land to an extent of Ac.1.20 cents in Sy.No.626/P and Ac.5.12 cents in Sy.No.626/P of Gundu Seshaiah Daraksastu Village, having purchased the same from one Smt. Ramireddy Eswaramma under registered sale deed bearing document No.435/98 dated 27.06.1998. Prior to her purchase, B.Dasaratharami Reddy and B.Narayana Reddy were owner of the land to an extent of Ac.16.50 cents and Ac.12.13 cents in Sy.Nos.625 and 626 respectively and in the partition, the subject land was fell to the share of Sri B.Dasaratharami Reddy. The same was purchased by Smt.Ramireddy Eswaramma under a registered sale deed No.576/1993 dated 09.07.1997. The petitioner submitted that he applied for pattadar pass book and title deed before the 4th respondent and also for entering his name in the revenue records as pattadar. It is stated that the 4th respondent entered the name of the petitioner in adangals as enjoyer, but continued the name of his vendor as pattadar. The survey numbers shown in adangal and the survey numbers shown in pattadar pass

book and title deed are different, as such, the petitioner requested the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to rectify the mistakes in respect of survey numbers and also enter his name in the record of rights as pattadar and enjoyer from the date of purchase. As there was no response, the petitioner got issued a legal notice dated 19.05.2015 seeking to conduct survey, measure the land and fix the boundaries. He further submitted that though the writ petition was filed claiming various relilefs, his main prayer is to issue directions to the 4th respondent to dispose of his representation dated 19.05.2015, at the earliest.

3. Learned Government Pleader submitted that he has no objection for the same.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahasildar, Chittamuru Mandal of SPSR Nellore District to dispose of the representation dated 19.05.2015 made by the petitioner, with four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
