Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against order, dated 11.09.2015 in O.S.No.7 of 2013 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cumAdditional District Judge, Nizamabad, whereby he has awarded monthly maintenance of Rs.7,000/- to respondent No.1 and Rs.3,000/- to respondent No.2.

At the hearing, Sri Venkateshwar Varanasi, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the parties have reached an out of Court settlement and therefore, the appellant does not intend to pursue this appeal.
