THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.1712 OF 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) On 26.12.2017, when this matter was taken up for hearing, this Court was informed that Sri N.V.Subba Raju, learned counsel, was appearing in the place of Sri K.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned counsel on record for the petitioner bank, and an adjournment was sought on his behalf. The matter was accordingly adjourned and taken up on 29.01.2018. On the said day, there was no representation for the petitioner bank and no steps had been taken by Sri N.V.Subba Raju, learned counsel, to enter appearance on its behalf in the place of Sri K.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned counsel. The matter was accordingly directed to be posted 'for dismissal' on 05.02.2018.
Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner bank.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
