HONOURABLE SRIJUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION 0.45873 0F 2022 ORDER: (ORAL) This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in interfering with the peaceful possession of the property bearing Plot No.337, Type-B, admeasuring 300 sq. yards or 250.80 sq. meters, situated at Kondapur Village, Serilingampally lvlandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned I t Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

Based on the written instructions daled 28.12.2022 issued by the Sub-lnspector of Police, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that respondent No.2 is no way concerned with the subject property. As on today, no one has lodged a complaint against the petitioner and there is no crime registered in the police station of respondent No.2. Further, it is stated that respondent No.2 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner over the subject property.

Learned :ounsel for the petitioner submits Ihirt in view of the statement of res ponrlent No.2 that there is no crime re,3istered against the petitioner e rd lhere is no interference from ther police in any manner, approp iate orders be passed.
