This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.113 of 2016 pending on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda district and transfer the same to the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed letter in the Registry requesting to list the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal' and he made a submission before the court today to that effect. Permission accorded.

In the result, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Tr.CMP shall stand closed.
