Sri V. Sai Kumar, learned counsel, states that his client does not wish to pursue this contempt case.

Perusal of the order dated 02.12.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.39108 of 2015 reflects that the issue was between the members of the same family. The petitioner no longer wishes to pursue the matter against his family members. The contempt case is closed. No costs.
