Petitioner earlier worked as Field Assistant. His contract was not renewed and his services were terminated by proceedings, dated 14.08.2015. The petitioner claims that he earlier filed Writ Petition before this Court (number is not mentioned). The said Writ Petition was disposed of along with W.P.No.27468 of 2015 and batch, dated 31.12.2015. This Court directed constitution of the Three Men Committee to examine the claim of individual Field Assistants on achieving performance targets, consider the same and make recommendations to the competent authority of their suitability for renewal of their contract employment. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he appeared before the Three Men Committee and made his submissions long back, so far no decision is taken on further renewal and on account of delay in granting renewal, grave prejudice is cased to the petitioner. 2.

Having regard to these submissions, learned Special Standing Counsel for the District Water Management Agency, submits that the Writ Petition may be disposed of directing the Project Director, District Water Management Agency, Kadapa District, the 3rd respondent, to take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to call for the report from the Three Men Committee constituted by the District Collector pursuant to the judgment of this Court, dated 31.12.2015, in W.P.No.27468 of

2015 and batch, consider the same and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law by assigning due reasons in support of his decision. The decision to this effect shall be made and communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
