Smt.D.Kousalyamma, v. The State Of A.P.,
HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION Nos.3373 and 3389 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted applications on 31.7.2014 to the respondent No.3 but no action has been taken so far.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petitions, with a direction to the third respondent to verify the applications, dated 31.7.2014, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, pending as on date, and take appropriate action, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy this order. Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
