HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 34201 of 2014 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not providing suitable alternative employment and not paying the salary from 22.08.2012 till the date of providing alternative employment.

This Court, by an order dated 13.11.2014, directed the respondents to provide alternative employment to the petitioner in terms of Section 47 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 (for short 'the Act') within a period of six weeks. Pursuant to the said order the petitioner was appointed as Shramik by proceedings dated 14.09.2015, but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the salary for the interregnum period was not paid and his pay was not fixed in the post of Driver in accordance with Section 47 of the Act. This Court, by a common order dated 21.09.2016, disposed of W.P.No.24323 of 2012 and batch and in view of the same the respondents are directed to comply with the non-complied portion of the order in accordance with the directions contained therein. 3.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
