THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition Nos.658 & 4522 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

Crl.P.No.658 of 2014 is filed by A.3 & A.4 and Crl.P.No.4522 of 2014 is filed by A.1 & A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1493 of 2013 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for their appearance. The petitioners are directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

The Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 16th February, 2016 Tsr
