This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.D4/357/2016-17, dated 15-02-2018, wherein prohibited the sale of lands purchased under land purchase scheme and distributed to scheduled caste landless Agriculture Labourers Women beneficiaries and seeks direction to the 3rd respondent to process the documents without referring to the above proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.11797 of 2017, dated 06-04-2017. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader also produced written instructions dated 10-10-2018 stating that subject properties are not included in the prohibited list as per Section 22-A of the Registration Act.

In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 06-04-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.11797 of 2017.
