i This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No.4 to quash the proceedings against him in C.C No.16 of 2022 pending on the file of I Additional Special Judge for CBI i Cases, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 120-8 read with 419, 420, 468 and 47L of I.P.C. 2.
Heard both sides.

The petitioner-Accused No.4 is aggrieved by the order dated 16.72.2C22 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5728 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.3300 of 2022 on the file of learned Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad, declining the prayer of the petitioner seeking permission to travel abroad. However, learned Principal Special Judge for CBI cases, Hyderabad, held that the petitioner is at liberty to move the learned I Additional Special Judge of CBI Cases, Hyderabad, upon his appearance before the said Court. In the said circumstances, the petitioner shall file petition before the I Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad and upon receiving such an application, the Court

shall dispose of the said application filed seeking permission to travel as expeditiously as possible.
