HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36832 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the inaction of the third respondent in taking action for mutation of the names of the petitioners in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.28.21 guntas in Survey No.25/2, situated at Pet Basheerbad, Kompally Village, Qutbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, inspite of submitting various applications dated 12.05.2000, 05.03.2012, 07.01.2014 and 04.09.2015 under Form-VI A, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the third respondent to pass orders in the applications dated 12.05.2000, 05.03.2012, 07.01.2014 and 04.09.2015 under Form-VI A, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for revenue submits that if the applications are still pending consideration, suitable direction may be given to dispose of the same. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to pass orders in the application dated 04.09.2015, made under Form-VI A by the petitioners, at the earliest, if the same is still pending consideration, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
