The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition, challenging entries alleged to have been made, without the knowledge of the petitioner.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granted liberty, as prayed for. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
