CVNR,J & GSP, J W.P.No. 2854 of 2016 Date:05.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of mandamus, to set aside the Docket Order dated 03.11.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.30 of 2015 in P.P.No.40 of 2013 in C.C.No.165 of 2004 by the 1st respondent, which is illegal, unconstitutional, violative of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently recall the NBW issued on 15.07.2015 in P.P.No.40 of 2013 in C.C.No.165 of 2004 to the petitioner".

Though as far back as 01.02.2016, the petitioner's counsel was permitted to take notice to respondents No.2 and 3, despite lapse of 2 1⁄2 years, proof of service is not filed.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed on the above ground alone.
