THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5478 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Assailing the order, dated 31.07.2018, passed in I.A.No.1122 of 2017 in O.S.No.239 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Guntur, wherein an application filed under Section 151 of C.P.C. to permit the petitioner to file the document for the purpose of adducing evidence on behalf of the plaintiff, was allowed, the present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by 1st defendant.

2) Though various grounds are raised, Sri A.Rajendra Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the document, which is filed along with the petition, may be received, but however liberty may be given to the petitioner to raise objections as to the relevancy and admissibility of the document at the time of marking. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff. 3) Having regard to the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to raise objection as to the relevancy, admissibility or otherwise of the

document, at the time of marking or even at the time of hearing.
