ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.357 of 2015 on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kadapa.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

From a perusal of the material on record, it is evident that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. As there are only there witness to examine and in view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kadapa, to dispose of C.C.No.357 of 2015, within a period of three months positively from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without insisting on the presence of petitioner/ A1 on each and every adjournment, unless the learned Magistrate feels that her presence is necessary for any specific purpose. Petitioner No.2/ A2 shall appear before the trial Court on the dates of hearing.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
