THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.924 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused in Crime No.649 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Malakajgiri Police Station, Hyderabad, registered under Sections 448, 506 and 504 IPC read with 34 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, police referred the case as mistake of fact.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
