THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Contempt Case No.1673 of 2013 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 22.06.2013 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission. However, proceedings in the contempt case could not go on owing to the stay orders passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.1376 to 1385 of 2013. It is stated that the matters are still pending adjudication before the Supreme Court.

In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, if warranted, after the disposal of the matters by the Supreme Court. No order as to costs. ____________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J Date: 22.06.2015 GJ
