Heard.

In accordance with the earlier directions of this Court in W.P.No.27468 of 2015 & batch dated 31.12.2015, petitioner's assessment was evaluated by the three man committee and the three man committee has recommended renewal of petitioner's assignment. Though such recommendations were received by the Revenue Divisional Officer on 12.05.2016, till date no orders are passed.

Having regard to this, the Project Director-cum-Additional District Programme Coordinator of MGNREGS, Srikakulam District (4th respondent) who is the competent authority, is directed to pass orders on the proposals submitted by the three man committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
