THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34056 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material on record.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 20.09.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Ghattu Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District-third respondent herein, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said written instructions, to the extent of their relevance to the present Writ Petition, read as under:

"It is submitted that, based on the above petition, a requisition was filed before the Honourable Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gadwal on 26.07.2018 and after obtaining permission from the Honourable Court, registered Petty Case vide Consecutive No.52/2018 u/s 323, 506 r/w 34 IPC. It is submitted that, after completion of investigation, final report will be filed before the Honourable Court.

Therefore the contention that the police have not taken any action on his petition is without any merit and untenable".

Recording the above instructions, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
