Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the order dated 03.10.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30880 of 2012 has been complied with and the petitioner has been re-engaged with continuity of service. Leamed counsel has also stated that ifthere is any grievance to the petitioner, leave may be granted to hin-r to avail remedies as available under Iaw Having regard to the above,' this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum, if he has any grievance.
