THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.3185 of 2017 ORDER:

When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 5th respondent are in agreement that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common judgment, dated 30.01.2018, of this Court in WA.No.96 of 2018 and WP.No.3324 of 2017. A copy of the said common judgment is placed on record.

Having regard to the submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated common judgment, dated 30.01.2018, of this Court, the Writ Petition is disposed of setting aside the impugned order and making it clear that this order shall not disable the petitioners and the 5th respondent from preferring appeal(s) afresh to the Revenue Divisional Officer under Section 5(B) of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, after arraigning the necessary parties as respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ M.SEETHARAMA MURTI, J 12.07.2018 Vjl
