HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.32567 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioner states one Bhuddaji, who is her father-in-law, was the owner of the lands admeasuring Ac.8-26 gts., Ac.8-11 gts., and Ac.1-11 gts., in Sy.Nos.342, 343/1 and 343/2 respectively situated at Ambakanti Village, Kuntala Mandal, Adilabad District. The petitioner states that after his death, she and the 5th respondent are entitled to equal share and accordingly, she made an application to the 4th respondent on 12-08-2015 seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records and also for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds. It is, however, evident from the record that the petitioner has not made an appropriate application under Form 6-A and as such, the petitioner's request for mutation and grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds cannot be considered by the 4th respondent.

However, if the petitioner makes an appropriate application in accordance with the Act and the Rules framed under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, the 4th respondent would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.
