Heard counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioners' case is that they had applied on 31.08.2015 in Form 6-A for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds under the provisions of A.P.Rights in Lands and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 to respondent No.1, but respondent No.1 does not take any action thereon.

3. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.1 will decide the petitioners' applications, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to decide the petitioners' applications, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
