Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Endowments for respondents. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-implementation of G.O.Ms.No.66, Revenue (Endts.II) Department, dated 08.02.2017 issued by the 1st respondentState Government. By virtue of the said order, the State Government in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 154 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (for short 'the Act') exempted Sri Gnananda & Ramananda Ashrama Sadhu Matham, Venkojipalem Junction, Visakhapatnam District, from the operation of provisions of Sections 15 and 29 of the Act, for a period of five (05) years from the date of issuance of said orders.

According to the petitioner, a representation was made on 27.05.2017 to the respondents to requesting for implementation of the said Governmental order, but no action in the direction of adhering to the said Governmental order has been initiated by the respondents so far.

At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that since the petitioner herein already submitted a representation on 27.05.2017 for redressal of his grievance, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation dated 27.05.2017 pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.66 dated 08.02.2017 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
