HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 6945 of 2011 ORDER:

With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is disposed of.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the first respondent in seizing the property ie. a Zinning Mill and Godown along with movables available therein situated over an extent of Ac.2.00 in Sy.Nos.156/1 and 149 at Gorentla Village, Guntur District, as arbitrary, illegal and improper.

Though the petitioners claiming various reliefs but their main grievance is that the representation dated 22.12.2010 made to the first respondent is not considered till date and hence seeks a direction. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and taking into consideration the nature of averments made in the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 22.12.2010, if any made by the first petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
