HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33976 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:
" To declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing of the appeal vide No.757/ 2017 for changing the record in Survey No.863 extent of Ac.0-16 guntas situated at Metpally Village, Jagtial District as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal No.757/ 2017 for changing the name of the petitioner in revenue record in Sy.No. 863 extent of Ac.0-16 guntas situated at Metpally Village, Jagtial District at the earliest."

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has filed an appeal to the 3rd respondent in No. 757/ 2017, the said appeal is not disposed of by the 3rd respondent, till date. 3.
Learned Government Pleader would submit that if reasonable time is granted, the authorities will dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 4.
Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 3rd respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner in No. 757/ 2017, in accordance with law, and pass orders, within a period of four to six months
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
