THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.4358 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 6 in Crime No.24 of 2016 of Mominpet Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324 I.P.C. read withSEction 34 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(x) of S.Cs. & S.Ts. (PoA) Act, 1989.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against petitioners are not so serious in nature. The alleged occurrence was happened due to a sudden quarrel between the de facto - complainant and accused.

Considering the same, the petitioners - accused Nos.3 to 6 are directed to surrender before the Police concerned on or before 20-04-2016 and on such surrender, the RespondentPolice are directed to release the petitioners - accused Nos.3 to 6 on each of them executing a bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with one surety for a like such each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O. concerned.

The petitioners - accused Nos.3 to 6 are also directed to report before the S.H.O.

concerned as and when required.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
