HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 3 4 0 8 1 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ananthapuramu III Town PS, Ananthapuramu District, dated 24.09.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. To the extent of their relevancy to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the 5th respondent, wife of the petitioner herein, has made a complaint, dated 19.09.2018, before the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Ananthapuramu, against the petitioner and his relatives about harassing her mentally and physically demanding additional dowry. On receipt of the same, the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Ananthapuramu has forwarded the same to the S.H.O., III Town Ananthapuramu P.S., for taking necessary action.
Thereon, the same was entered in the General Diary of the police station on 20.09.2018 and called both parties to the police station for referring the complaint of the 5th respondent to the Family Counselling Committee, Dist.Legal Services Authority, Ananthapuramu. But, the petitioner has failed to respond the same. In view of that, the complaint of the 5th respondent was forwarded to the Family Counselling Center, Ananthapuramu, simultaneously informing to both the petitioner and the 5th respondent herein, by registered post on 24.09.2018.
In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, all the allegations of the petitioner against the 4th respondent police in unnecessarily calling the
petitioner to the police station and harassing him in the family dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent herein, are totally false, baseless and hereby specifically denied. All other allegations of the petitioner against the respondent police authorities are incorrect, untenable."
On noticing the same, it is requested by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to place the above instructions on record and dispose of the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ananthapuramu III Town P.S., Ananthapuramu District, dated 24.09.2018.
