THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.15051 of 2014 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A4 and A5 in Crime No.539 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad for the offences punishable under Section 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet on 11.11.2014. This court granted interim stay of investigation on 11.12.2014. A perusal of the record reveals that the Police filed the charge sheet much prior to granting of interim stay by this court. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
