HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 5573 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not receiving the complaint and not registering the FIR against the sixth respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.62 of 2017 was registered on 02.03.2017 against the sixth respondent and took up investigation.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
