THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.16167 OF 2011 ORDER:

The petitioners claim to be lessees of shops bearing Door Nos.6,7,1,3 and 2 respectively in the open place near PRT Circle, Dharmavaram, Anantapur District. The shops were leased out to them pursuant to resolution, dated 28-08-2009 and 19-10-2009. The lease period was valid from 01-04-2010 to 31-03-2013. When they were issued notice on 27-05-2011 asking them to vacate the shops during the subsistence of lease period, the present writ petition is filed.

This Court, vide order, dated 14-06-2011 granted status quo to be maintained. Since the lease period itself expired, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. 3.
