THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7033 and 7034 of 2017 in/and Criminal Petition No.6806 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused in Cr.No.458 of 2017 of the Police Station RGI Airport, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition, First Information Report and police final report.

The defacto-complainant/ 2nd respondent herein and the accused present and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court to purchase peace and vide Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7033 and 7034 of 2017 sought permission to compound the offence and prayed to quash the proceedings and accordingly permission is granted to compound the offence.

In the result, the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7033 and 7034 of 2017 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.458 of 2017 against the petitioner. The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
