HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Civil Revision Petition No.5504 of 2018 ORDER:

This CRP is disposed of at the admission stage as this Court considers it not expedient to issue notice to respondents. 2) This CRP is filed by the petitioners/defendants 3 and 4 aggrieved by the order dated 18.06.2018 in I.A.No.781/2016 in O.S.No.6/2008 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir, wherein the petition filed by the petitioners/defendants 3 and 4 under Section 151 CPC to reopen the case for the purpose of evidence of defendants 3 and 4, is dismissed. 3) Since the connected C.R.P.No.5537/2018 is allowed today, this C.R.P is also allowed by setting aside the order dated 18.06.2018 in I.A.No.781/2016 in O.S.No.6/2008 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir and consequently I.A.No.781/2016 is allowed and the Trial Court is directed to reopen the case for the purpose of evidence of petitioners/defendants 3 and 4.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
