HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34000 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:
" To declare the action of the respondent nos. 2 and 3 in not passing orders on the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 19.12.2017 filed against grant of Pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the respondent nos. 5 and 6 issued by the 4th respondent in connection with the petitioner's land in Survey No.33/ 5A to an extent of Ac.0.90 cents of Kothapalli (Z) Village, Charla Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, is illegal and void and opposed to Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's revision petition after giving notice to the affected parties and grant pattadar pass books and title deeds to the petitioner herein, in respect of the land in question in accordance with the law."

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has filed a revision petition on 19.12.2017, the said revision is not disposed of by the 2nd and 3rd respondents, till date.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if three months time is granted, the authorities will dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 4.
Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to deal with the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 19.12.2017, in accordance with law, and pass orders, within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C.
