HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Writ Petition No.34003 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.No.2544/ACP.CZ/2012 dated 22.12.2012 issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Vijayawada City against the petitioner-Bezawada Ganesh in opening the rowdy sheet by saying the police frequently calling him and harassing him, from which he is suffering mental trauma and unable to concentrate on his business and also sought pending disposal of the writ petition to suspend the proceedings by dispensing with filing of the certified copy of said proceedings.

It is the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home that if representation is made by the petitioner, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada can consider the same on merits, and the petitioner's counsel stated no objection to make such representation to consider on merits.

Having regard to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of before admission giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada, who shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of said representation and communicate the same to the petitioner. Any further grievance is left open to the petitioner. No costs.
