In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.557 of 2012 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 420, 506 r/w 34 of IPC. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the case status of the lower court and submitted that the case has been disposed of on 06.12.2014 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.557 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
