Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. With the assistance of learned counsel appearing for the parties, I have perused the order impugned in the revision. This Court is substantially in agreement with the reasoning and the conclusions recorded by the Family Court. The order is confirmed except to the limited extent of reducing legal expenses from Rs.10,000/ - to Rs.5,000/ -.

The C.R.P. is disposed of as indicted above. No order as to costs.
