I.A.No.1 of 2024 This application is filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 26.12.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.15959 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 26.12.2024, this Court granted bail to the petitioner with certain conditions, but due to the typographical error in the bail petition, this Court while passing the order in first condition mentioned the Court name as mentioned in the bail petition, due to which the petitioner is not released. Hence, prayed to modify the order dated 26.12.2024.

Having regard to the submissions made and the facts and circumstances stated in the affidavit, this application is ordered and the order dated 26.12.2024 in CRL.P.No.15959 of 2024, para 6 (i) is modified here under :

"The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Kukatpally, Cyberabad."

Office is directed to issue the corrected copy forthwith.
