The Revision petition has become infructuous since the suit in A.S.No.245 of 2007, out of which this revision arises, has been disposed of by the First Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

2. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to canvass the contentions raised in the second appeal filed questioning the order in A.S.No.245 of 2007, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
