THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.38569 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not assigning the survey number in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.8-11 gts., and Ac.5.36 gts., situated at Kandichinnapur (Dharmasagar) Village, Sangareddy Mandal, Medak District inspite of the written representation dated 20.05.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri D.Prakash Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner relied on the order dated 03.12.2007 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25662 of 2007 in respect of his grievance. Learned Assistant Government for Revenue submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer is not the competent authority for dealing with the grievance of the petitioner. In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make an application as per circular dated 13.07.2007 in R.C.No.N1/1408/07 issued by the Commissioner of Survey, Settlement and Land Records, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and on such application being made, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 09.11.2016 dv
