This transfer petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw O.S. No.25 of 2012 from the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Jangareddigudem and transfer the same to the file of the Court of IX Additional District & Sessions Judge, West Godavari District at Kovvur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
