ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionerAccused seeking to quash the proceedings initiated against him vide FIR.No.740 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC'). 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner - Accused and Additional Public Prosecutor for the State - respondent. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Writ Petition I No.44198 of 2022 was filed before this Court and this Court by order \ \ I dated 14.L2.2022 has directed both the petitioner and respondents to maintain status quo in respect of subject property till 21.1.2.2022. He further submits that the Government Authorities are trying to dispossess him from his property.

Though this Court by order dated 14.12.2022 in Writ Petition No.44198 of 2022 had directed the parties to maintain status quo, the 2d respondent - complainant who is an official has filed a complaint against the petitioner on the basis of which FIR No.740 of 2022 was registered.

5. In view of the same, the Investigating Officer in respect of FIR.No.740 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, shall conclude the investigation by adhering to the above orders made in the Writ Petition No.44198 of 2022.

Subject to the above observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
