THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13929 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.2 in Crime No.130 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner present. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet before the concerned court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
