HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION No.45935 of 2022 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter was listed on 23.01.2023, the child was produced and the case was adjourned by ten days so as to enable the parties to come up with a pragmatic and workable solution in respect of minor child. The petitioner, who is the husband of respondent No.5 and mother of the minor child. 2.

Today also the parties could not come up with any pragmatic and workable solution in respect of minor child. Admittedly, minor child is staying with the mother i.e., respondent No.5. Hence, the question of child being illegally detained by the mother would not arise as child is with the natural mother. It is for the parties to workout remedies before appropriate Court seeking custody of the minor child as well as visitation rights. Therefore, the writ of Habeaus Corpus cannot be entertained as admittedly, the child is with the one of the natural parent.

With these observations, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
