This contempt case is filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.16288 of 2004 for willfully not implementing the order of this Court dated 29.4.2016 in the said writ petition. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have filed Writ Appeal No.1268 of 2017 challenging the order dated 29.4.2016 in W.P.No.16288 of 2004 and obtained interim stay by order dated 01.9.2017 in W.A.M.P.No.2328 of 2017.

In view of the pendency of the appeal, the contempt case is closed for the present.
